Was ist das VideoDays Festival?
“The place to connect, create and inspire!”
Bei uns dreht sich alles um die Creator Economy. Unser Ziel ist es, das führende Event für Content Creators zu sein.
Dafür bringen wir die traditionelle Medienwelt und die digitale Content Creator Community zusammen – mit allen Aspekten, die dazugehören: Videoproduktion, Kreativtechniken, Podcasts, Brand Building, Branded Partnerships, Kampagnen und vielem mehr.
Wann und wo findet das VideoDays Festival statt?
Das VideoDays Festival findet am 30. Oktober 2025 im Palladium in Köln (Schanzenstraße 36, 51063 Köln) statt.

Tickets für das VideoDays Festival gibt es hier . Das Industry Ticket (Early Bird) kostet 159,00 € zzgl. 11,86 € VVK-Gebühren.

Tagsüber werden in der Creators Lounge Snacks angeboten. Die Speaker:innen erhalten kostenlos Essen und Getränke. Es wird auch verschiedene Stände geben, an denen ihr euch etwas holen könnt.

Was ist der VD Award und die Award Gala?
In wie vielen Kategorien wird der VD Award verliehen?
In insgesamt 19 Kategorien werden die besten Creators der Szene von uns mit dem VD Award geehrt. Die Kategorien lauten wie folgt: Animation, Beauty & Fashion, Best in Streaming, Best in Shortform, Best in Longform, Best Visual, Comedy, Creator of the Year, Dance, Food, Gaming, Music, Newcomer, News & Commentary, Sports, Storytelling, Social Responsibility, Science & Education und Vlog.
Wer ist in diesem Jahr nominiert?
Die Nominierten gibt es bald.
Wer ist in der Jury?
Wir wollen auch dieses Jahr wieder eine unabhängige, ehrenamtliche Jury aus Kreativen, Insidern und Branchenexpert:innen zusammenstellen. Wer alles dazugehören wird, erfahrt ihr in den nächsten Wochen.
Wie kann ich an der VD Award Gala teilnehmen?
Bald wird es eine limiterte Anzahl an Tickets geben. Genauere Infos dazu folgen.
Ich kann nicht vor Ort sein. Wird es einen Stream der Preisverleihungsgala geben?
Ja, die Gala kann online per Stream verfolgt werden. Wo genau, erfahrt ihr asap auf unseren Socials.
Wo und wann findet die Aftershow Party statt?
Die Aftershow Party findet direkt im Anschluss in der Location statt. Den Zutritt gibt es nur über eine Einladung.

Ist der Zugang zum Festival und zum Festivalgelände barrierefrei?
Alle Flächen im Palladium und E-Werk sind mit dem Rollstuhl erreichbar.
Tagsüber wird es an der Main Stage im Palladium Gebärdendolmetscher*innen geben. An der Masterclass Stage wird eine Transkription in deutscher Lautschrift angeboten.
Gibt es eine Kleiderordnung beim VideoDays Festival / VD Award Gala?
Unser Dresscode sowohl tagsüber beim VideoDays Festival als auch abends bei der VD Award Gala lautet “Come as you are/ Modern Gala”.
